We are a small HR team and have some tooling in place (Kronos). We are starting to develop and will shortly implement a workforce strategy that includes a talent acquisition plan. Your role will be working with the team and the portfolio leaders to put into place strategies, techniques, processes and methods to make sure we have the right people in the right place.

About you

Ideally, you are degree qualified but experience/passion in recruitment is the key. You might be an experienced recruitment administrator looking to step into an Advisor role or looking to develop foundational talent management skills in a supportive environment.
