Your New Role:

If you’re looking to join a small team as it grows, we’ve got an Accounting Assistant role for you!

Primary responsibilities include account reconciliation and discrepancy investigation. Your team will rely on your exacting attention to detail to support the processing of payments, deposits, and bank/credit card statement settlements to create a clear picture of the company’s financial future. Your day-to-day will include tasks like processing 1099 forms, document management, general office filing, and reporting to the Staff Accountant for further projects.

This small, 3-person team is looking for an entry level candidate who is excited to develop skills and apply what they learned in school. This would be an excellent position for a recent graduate looking to grow within the world of accounting!
