As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you partner with our business to get the right talent into the right role at the right time. You’ll work closely across a large Talent Acquisition community to continuously improve our service offering and provide a top notch candidate experience.

Talent Acquisition is responsible for the strategic and operational planning and execution of all recruitment activity within Commonwealth Bank. We support our business leaders to attract, select and hire the best talent to meet the Group’s current and future workforce needs, and to ensure a positive and memorable candidate experience.

You will be joining a highly engaged, collaborative and future focused team.

In any given week:

Your responsibilities will include:

• Being a brand ambassador for CommBank

• Building strong and sustainable relationships with our business leaders to understand their recruitment needs

• Identifying and implementing tailored sourcing strategies to deliver service requirements and meet stakeholder expectations

• Building and maintaining talent pools from both the passive and active job seeker market, to use as a first source for all recruitment activity

• Actively coaching and influencing senior stakeholders in best practice talent acquisition, assessment, selection and diversity hiring

• Collaboration with the wider TA community to support key projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

We’re interested in hearing from people who have:

• A gift for relationship building and stakeholder management

• Previous experience recruiting for Risk related roles highly regarded

• Outstanding organisational skills and proven process management expertise with the ability to handle multiple projects

• A solid recruitment background from a fast-paced in-house, on-site or agency environment

• A sense of urgency whilst maintaining attention to detail

• An enthusiastic, can-do, attitude.

This is a 12 month Max Term opportunity, and we are open to candidates Australia-wide.
