Working as a Talent Acquisition Partner you are a valued member of both the Talent Acquisition Team and the capability(s) you are supporting. As an experienced recruiter, your passionate, collaborative and flexible working skills will be called on to strengthen your hiring teams and enable them to continue to recruit the best talent in the industry.

Key duties include:

• Attend briefing meetings to understand in detail, the needs of hiring managers and department heads
• Problem solving throughout the hiring process
• Scout, source and sell for Publicis Sapient
• Partner with your department(s) to become a deep subject matter expert and trusted advisor for your hiring vertical
• Know best in class-candidates for your discipline
• Build and develop strategies for both longer term talent pool building and shorter term live hiring needs
• Use and advise on the appropriate channels and methods for sourcing / mapping candidates based on business needs

• Proven experience working in a Recruiting environment as a Talent Acquisition Partner, with the ability to build and maintain key stakeholder relationships.
• The ability to determine different recruitment strategies in response to market conditions and other hiring obstacles.
• The presence and personality to make your voice and ideas heard in a busy, blended and bustling team.
