ABOUT THE ROLE

This role will collaborate with Senior Engineers and Technology lead to build backend services that will power our new product system. A successful candidate for this position must be able to take ownership and drive development of an individual service in alignment with the organization’s guidelines.

REQUIREMENTS

At least 3 years of experience as a Backend Developer

Proficiency with at least one modern backend stack like Python/Django

Microservice design and development

Working knowledge of microservice tooling and orchestration

Event-driven system development with Kafka

Proficiency with testing frameworks and knowledge of the testing pyramid

NICE TO HAVES

Experience with GraphQL and gRPC protocols

Experience with cloud infrastructure providers like AWS or Azure

Distributed systems development experience
