Responsibilities:
Communicate with customers via email, phone and online chat
Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product features, pricing, availability, shipping and delivery
Help customers navigate website and place orders online
Cultivate relationships and assist with custom requests for specialized services – interior designers, commercial spaces and wholesale offerings
Handle post-sale service requests including troubleshooting, order changes, order status, replacements and returns
Utilize online tools to process custom orders, custom invoices and order submissions
Support order fulfillment processes to ensure customer requests are fulfilled in a timely manner
Requirements:
Excellent grammar, written and verbal communication skills
3+ years in Customer Service, help desk or call center experience
Comfortable working with computers and web based applications
Comfortable with providing occasional video chat support
Ability to work quickly, prioritize tasks and stay calm under pressure
Basic knowledge of plant care and/or interior design
