As part of your role, you will be responsible for effectively managing various parts of the recruitment process. This includes using the recruitment system Trac to send jobs to managers for shortlisting, setting up interviews, and conducting ID checks. You will also be required to process termination forms, change forms, and input new starters onto the payroll system known as ESR.
You will be joining an established team that works hard to develop close working relationships with candidates and managers to deliver a high-quality service.
