This role allows for hybrid / flexible working – with a requirement to attend our Coventry Head Office on occasions for meetings and team collaboration.

The Opportunity:

We have two Commercial Finance Analyst positions to add to our expanding Finance team!

The primary function of these roles is to provide analytical support for Arden University’s planning, partnering, and reporting functions.

You will champion high-quality business cases and financial analysis to produce return on investment and payback outputs for new products and projects. In turn this will ensure your close collaboration with a wide range of stakeholder’s, within Finance and across the University, delivering high quality financial support.

To enable this all to happen, you will ensure financial models are up to date with actuals and key ratios understood, conduct analysis to identify trends, performance issues or insight to support the learnings throughout the University

About You:

You will be part/fully qualified with a recognised accounting body (e.g. AAT), and have proven analytical skills including scenario planning, problem-solving and decision-making. You will have an astute ability to analyse and use business data to drive tactical and operational decisions based on your analysis to contribute to value-add outcomes and/or favourable movement to the bottom-line.

Your successful approach will mean you have excellent planning, organisation, and prioritisation methods ensure you effectively deliver business objectives.
