This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Engineer/ Sub Agent who is looking for a role which focuses on the technical aspect of Engineering and development of junior engineers. The successful candidate will spend a lot of their time working within different projects in the region to support their everyday technical and site engineer resourcing needs. This role will include a lot of travel within the Northern Region to support the team.

We are seeking someone with excellent communication skills with the ability to mentor and progress the skills of the industrial / graduate engineers. Must have previous experience in surveying/setting out and in interpretation and use of ground model information.
The ideal candidate will have experience in heavy civils with a main contractor. The successful candidate must also have a CSCS card and a suitable qualification in civil engineering, minimum requirement HND. A First Aid, SMSTS and a Degree in Civil Engineering would also be desirable for this role. Must also be looking to get/already have professional registration through the ICE/CIHT as part of the mentorship programme for our Industrial Placements and graduates.
This is a senior role within the regional business and the salary package on offer is reflective of this responsibility.
