talent identification, assessment, development and retention with focus on EVP-4 (Manager) and above.
Succession planning for key positions in the company
PMD: performance management process including KPIs and behavioural competency measurement
GES: Global employee survey, related engagement strategy and activities
L&D: learning and development strategy, activities and deployment for the region.
The above is done in close collaboration with the global Talent management team and in line with the regional AMIEO HR priorities.
Key requirements of the job:
In this role, you will be very hands on and supporting the achievement of end to end talent management activities as part of Talent Management Centre of Expertise team for Africa, Middle East, India & Oceania Region.
These activities will extensively include talent identification, assessment, development and retention activities plus you will actively participate in several special/ad hoc projects.
You will be working in a very cross functional and cross cultural environment with various stakeholders across the Region

MAJOR ACTIVITIES
Digital Talent Management support
Work closely with Talent Management Business Partners and support them on Workday talent data management:
Talent pools
Talent Career Development Plans etc
Talent trackers
Key position succession planning
Talent profiles
Lead on Talent Reporting:
Provide reports as & when it is needed to regularly monitor the progress
Take corrective & preventive actions and create awareness related to data availability & accuracy within the team
Talent assessment and development activities
Create & Maintain annual Talent Management (TM) calendar
Support the team to execute key TM development initiatives such as campaigns, key COMMs, Get to know meetings, preparing for Talent & Leadership assessments
Talent Performance Management & Analytics
Maintain key talent metrics for the Fiscal Year (annual KPIs)
Share report on a quarterly basis to achieve the final objectives & to take corrective actions if any
Stakeholder Management
Manage monthly cadence meetings in terms of annual calendarization, agenda & content preparation from stakeholders
Early Talent Development
Support Regional GRAD induction program
Maintain GRAD statistics through mutual co-ordination with country HRBPs to know their progress
Ensure maintenance of central GRAD guidelines across geographies
Special projects
Ad hoc support for Performance Management (PMD) and Global Employee Survey (GES) activities
Support on-going electrification project
Key exposure:
To be part of Talent assessments & Leadership assessments – will help to develop the ability to conduct competency-based assessments
Exposure to TM and HR leadership insights and activities
