Bag Corp Hiring for Accounting Clerk Job at Richardson, TX Full Time

We are looking for an Accounting Clerk to joint our Accounting Team. They will perform a variety of accounting, bookkeeping and financial tasks. A successful accounting Clerk should be familiar with all accounting procedures and full-cycle accounts receivable and payables.

Responsibilities

• Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department
• Ability to manage AR
• Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements
• Reconcile accounts in a timely manner
• Provide assistance and support to company personnel
• Research, track and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies
• Function in accordance with established standards, procedures and applicable laws

Skills

• 3-5 years of proven accounting experience,
• Strong Accounts Receivable experience
• Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures
• Competency in MS Office, databases and accounting software
• Strong Excel skills
• Spanish desired
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• High school degree

Position currently remote however this may change in the future.
