Education and Training

• Engineering Technologist Diploma or Degree in engineering a benefit
• PMP training an asset

• Drafting training an asset
• Field experience in lieu of a degree considered

Duties

Acquire and maintain a thorough understanding of the project scope, execution plans and project specifications, including all plan changes

Supervise and direct a team of workers as directed by the operations manager

Oversee project procurement including sourcing components to ensure components arrive on time

Work with management team to deliver projects on time and on budget

Assist in creating progress invoices and monitor job progress

Incorporate “lessons Learned” into the design of future projects

Projects

We are an ASME code fabricating facility that builds separators, lineheaters, dehys, treaters, pump packages, helium skids, metering skids, sweetening skids. Visit https://capemfg.ca/about/ for info.

We are continually moving toward enhancing our product line to environmentally friendly products like helium skids ,hydrogen facilities, instrument air skids, and waste gas to power.

Skills

• Proven work experience in an ASME code shop and estimation role
• Strong communication skills written and oral
• Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office software
• 3+ Years of Project Administration / Coordination Experience
• Ability to interpret contracts, construction drawings including P&IDs, skid and GA drawings
• Solid Organizational and Teamwork Skills
• Ability to work unsupervised as a leader.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
