We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our HR team in a new role for our organization. Our team is growing fast, and our people are our most important asset at Soapy Joe’s. By adding a Talent Manager to our team we are aiming to add value to the experience our employees receive from recruiting, to onboarding, all the way through to career development and succession planning. The ideal candidate for this role is career driven, excited to put their stamp on a well designed program, and is looking for an opportunity to build something meaningful for the employees they support.
The Talent Manager will be responsible for the design, implementation and sustainability of the talent focused programs at Soapy Joe’s. The Talent Manager will develop a recruiting program focused on attracting the right talent at the right time in partnership with key hiring partners throughout the organization. This role is also critical in the onboarding and retention of our new hires, and success will be based on hiring, retention and turnover metrics. Finally this role will be a key player in the ongoing development of our teams and will play a key role in the execution of role based competencies, development conversations, succession planning and career planning.
