BBC Hiring for Resourcing & Talent Advisor – Corporate Affairs Job at London, England Full Time

Our Resourcing & Talent team provides bespoke internal recruitment support to all departments across the BBC. We now have an exciting opportunity for a Resourcing & Talent Advisor to join our Corporate Affairs Team on a Fixed Term Contract to 24th February 2023.

You will work as part of the resourcing team across various office locations to provide specialist end-to-end recruitment and partner with stakeholders and hiring managers to hire the best talent to the BBC. This role can be based out of Salford (Media City), Birmingham or London.

Main Responsibilities

As a Resourcing & Talent Advisor you will deliver end to end resourcing service for permanent and FTC hiring for your dedicated business areas which will have a focus on HR roles but will also cover wider roles across the BBC Corporate Functions.

You’ll forge strong relationships with your hiring managers and key stakeholders, providing advice and recommendations on recruitment policy, approaches and sourcing options, in order to attract the best candidates for the BBC.

As a recruitment expert, you will help build selection/assessment toolkits and advertising copy that will appeal to the identified audience and which shows the BBC as an ‘Employer of Choice’.

You’ll also ensure hiring managers are trained and use our new interview framework as well as getting involved in the candidate evaluation and selection process, such as initial screening & shortlisting.

As a team we’re always looking for new and innovative ways of attracting talent as well as providing an amazing recruitment experience for both candidates and managers so your ideas for continuous improvement will be welcomed by bringing fresh insights into the organisation to identify new techniques, opportunities, risks and priorities.

We are looking for someone who really is passionate about bringing great candidates to the BBC and providing a brilliant all round service to hiring managers and a seamless candidate experience. The role will have a main focus on HR roles but will also cover wider roles across BBC’s corporate functions UK wide.

We want someone who can work in an often fast paced changing environment and who is excited about bringing new ideas about how to reach potential candidates through different channels and writing engaging job adverts. Most importantly, someone who is excited to get involved with the end to end recruitment process with the BBC.
