Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Publish daily and weekly sales reporting to the Executive team including revenue, volume, and KPIs (price/volume/mix analysis, sales density, and organic sales growth)

Assist with the implementation of standardized revenue and gross margin reporting across the organization

Design visualizations and maintain data integrity for sales reporting BI dashboards used for external reporting and business decision support

Actively participate in the consolidation and analysis of annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and actual results, specific to Revenue and Gross Margin. This includes coordination with various stakeholders across the organization and the preparation of management reports and presentations

Drive process improvement initiatives, ensuring process changes are appropriately implemented, documented, and communicated

Prepare ad-hoc analysis as required

Experience, Education and Designations:
3 to 5 years of experience in a financial planning & analysis role

Holds one or more professional designation i.e. CPA or MBA

Prior experience in an apparel or manufacturing environment a definite asset

Solid understanding of IFRS and/or US GAAP

Advanced Excel skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly; experience with a complex planning software would be an asset

Experience with multi-currency and consolidation would be an asset
