The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join Fidelity Investment’s University Talent Team passionate about recruiting future associates that are early in their career which includes current students or recent college grads. You will play a meaningful role in ensuring we attract, source, qualify, present and hire candidates for our catalog of full-time rotational programs and individuals seeking a non-technical internship.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

• Collaborate with others to identify and plan sourcing and hiring efforts
• Serve as an advocate for candidates throughout the hiring process by being able to market Fidelity, present roles, prep for interviews, answer questions, extend offers and communicate status to ensure a successful onboarding.
• Define mutual success and set expectations for timeframes and recruiting efforts to provide a positive candidate and client experience.
• Be comfortable in assisting a candidate with identifying the appropriate path(s) to consider at Fidelity and helping them to navigate the opportunities.
• Utilize sourcing tools and platforms, diversity partnerships, and techniques to qualify prospects and talent.
• Validated experience with technical recruiting to include sourcing, qualifying and assessing prospects, and relationship management.
• High level of attention to detail and ability to maintain momentum in a fast-paced business environment.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and manage to deadlines with a sense of urgency.
• Effective communication and works well in a team setting
• Proficiency with Workday, or a similar web-based applicant tracking system.

The Team

This role reports to the Director, University Talent on our University Talent Team. Annually, we hire over 2000 interns and individuals who have recently graduated and about 800 of those individuals are hired into our technology roles. You will provide input in the development and improvement of recruiting strategies and share your enthusiasm and knowledge about attracting and acquiring top talent with maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
