Linkforce Engineering Hiring for Recruitment Coordinator Job at Perth Full Time

Due to an exciting phase of growth, Linkforce is currently seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to join our Recruitment, Engagement & Compliance Department.

Based at our Perth Head Office, this position is offered on a full-time permanent basis and reports to the Recruitment & Engagement Team Lead.

What the role involves:

• End-to-end recruitment, with a focus on proactively sourcing blue-collar personnel
• Fast-paced and high-volume candidate engagement and guidance
• Maintain job vacancy post on internal and internal websites
• Ensure all contact is documented and personnel profiles are maintained with current work availability
• Opportunities to build strong relationships and provide recruitment advice with internal stakeholders
• Participate in ongoing recruitment projects and initiatives
• Great team environment with excellent opportunities for development

What’s required:

• Experience in sales or recruitment will be highly regarded
• Sound understanding of the mining and resources sector
• Knowledge of mining related qualifications, tickets, and licences
• High levels of self-motivation with the ability to work to KPIs and manage conflicting priorities
• Australian work rights
• A National Police Check
• A pre-employment medical
