We started our Australian project in 2016 with our online business, and we now have 7 concept stores across Sydney and Melbourne and plan to open more in the years to come, as well as grow new business models. We are currently recruiting for a finance business partner position for our Sydney stores.

About you:
You are hands-on, proactive, close to the business and its stakeholders, willing to improve the customer experience, commercial & financial performance of our Sydney stores.

About the position:

• Finance business partner of our Sydney stores (Tempe, Auburn & Miranda – latest store opening in Apr22)
• Intermediate level with 2-3 years of experience minimum in financial or management accounting, finance business partnering and/or financial analysis
• Strong financial literacy, reporting, budgeting/forecasting and financial analytical skills
• 20% financial closing of your stores the first 5 days of the month / 80% finance business partnering and diverse missions the rest of the month
• Finance business partnering consist in monthly figures’ debriefing with your store leaders, day to day strategic and financial advice, forecasting/budgeting with your stores, choosing priorities to work on/analyses to conduct as per your business units and the country’s needs
• Cross-function missions include being the referent of financial processes and finance tools or working on specific areas of our financial performance like marketing or stock analysis
• You will work autonomously with your network in Australia and worldwide while being closely involved in the finance team and store teams’ operations

• 3 days in the office/ 2 days work from home (except during induction)
• Start date: ASAP
• Salary $70,000-$90,000 depending on experience/profile + super + 20% bonus
