We are recruiting for an exceptional individual to join us as an Admissions Assistant (Projects) within our Admissions and Applicant Experience Team. The successful applicant will be responsible for supporting the administration of an effective, accurate and customer-focussed service throughout the applicant journey from application to matriculation.
The successful applicant will work closely with the Senior Admissions Officer and Admissions Manager (Projects) to support project and policy administration This will include maintenance of all relevant process documents; databases and contact lists. Support will also be given to senior colleagues with administrative tasks relating to the University of Dundee scholarships including enquiry management; maintenance of a central scholarship hub; maintenance of scholarship documents and system data to support scholarship reporting requirements.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and self-motivated individual to join a small team supporting colleagues across all areas of Admissions and Applicant Experience enabling them through project specific enhancement to provide an effective accurate and customer-focussed service throughout the applicant journey.
