Makotek Hiring for Field Collections Representative Job at Herkimer, NY Full Time

Job Description:

Makotek is an authorized contractor for Spectrum Cable currently looking for qualified Field Collections Representatives for Herkimer, NY and the surrounding areas. Immediate openings are available! No experience is necessary and we offer paid training. Our Field Collections Representatives are responsible for driving to the customer’s home in order to collect past-due payments or equipment provided by Spectrum (e.g. Internet Routers, Cable Boxes, etc) from previous customers.

Field Collections Representative Qualifications:

• Have a reliable vehicle;
• Have auto insurance;
• Have an active Driver’s License;
• Have a cell phone (Android or iPhone) to use our work-order software;
• Provide excellent customer service;
• Communicate with General Manager at all times;
• Abide by all federal, state, and local regulations (including those for COVID-19).

Compensation & Benefits:

• Weekly Paychecks;
• Production-based pay with expected earnings of $20-$25 per hour/$800-$1,000 per week;
• Paid training;
• Mileage compensation;
• Paid vacation;
• Available after 60 days of employment: Medical, Dental, and/or Vision.
