Our ideal candidate will have:
solid experience of HR administration in an education or public sector setting
experience of advising and supporting line managers on HR matters (performance, discipline, absence etc)
a desire to grow your knowledge and experience in HR
excellent oral and written communication skills
a good understanding of IT
a solution focused ‘can do’ approach
the ability to form and maintain strong professional relationships
diplomacy and discretion
a calm and adaptable approach with an ability to work within a dynamic environment

FTE SCP18-22 £25,419 – £27,514
Actual Salary Full Time (37 hours per week), Term Time plus 2 Weeks – £22,884 – 24,770
Starting salary will be dependent on experience and / or existing scale point.
This role is currently advertised as full time, time term plus an additional 2 working weeks however, this can be negotiated up to an additional 4 working weeks.

We are part of the Oasis Community Learning multi-academy trust, one of the largest in the UK. Through our 52 primary, secondary and all-through academies, in five regions across the country, we serve over 28,000 young people, 49% of whom are from disadvantaged backgrounds and 31% speak English as an additional language.The Academy is part of the Oasis Bristol hub with has three secondary schools with two additional free schools due to open in the near future (which will offer further opportunities for career development and growth).
