Looking for a technology Talent role where you are the expert and can have a real impact?
An exciting opportunity has become available to join the Talent team at Allianz that is critical to supporting our business stakeholders in identifying and engaging top talent to help progress Allianz towards its business goals as a market leading insurance provider. We are on a transformation journey and looking for experts to lead the way to delivering a global best practice talent function.
The role will partner with our Information Technology divisions to deliver talent in the critical technology functions that underpin our transformation and growth towards a digitised and innovative organisation providing solutions to customers that are simple and intuitive. Your knowledge of data analytics, cyber security, IT architecture and engineering will enable you to influence talent decisions and effectively consult with our business leaders on talent best practice and market benchmarks.
You will partner closely with HR Business partners and business stakeholders to offer consultative and best in class talent outcomes. You will work in a close-knit team and be wholly dedicated to direct hiring strategies and outcomes.
This role also presents an opportunity to be involved in business improvement projects and broader HR initiatives.
Important to your success:
- Ideally deep knowledge and experience within the IT and technology portfolios however, we would look at individuals who have shown their learning agility across multiple divisions with an understanding of technology skillsets and infrastructure.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills with a collaborative partnering focused approach
- Demonstrated ability to work (and thrive) in ambiguity and change
- Passion for continual improvement and direct sourcing
- Ability to use market trends and data to drive best in class talent outcomes
