With the global growth of our business, we have a new opportunity for an Assistant Accountant to join our close-knit finance team at our Indooroopilly head office. Our roles have flexible hours, remote/office based work, and will contribute to the lives of parents and children around the world.

The Role

The Finance function provides financial services and support for our global offices. The Assistant Accountant duties will include:

• Assist with the completion of month-end reporting
• Transactional accounting, including bank reconciliations and ad hoc reports
• Assist with the development of costings and budgets
• Pricing updates and quotes within required deadlines
• Responding to finance related enquiries

The Person

To be considered for this role you must possess:

• Tertiary qualifications in finance or accounting
• 2 years relevant financial experience from a commercial environment
• Strong Excel skills
• Problem-solving ability
• Strong attention to detail
