Are you an experienced manager with a proven track record of planning and delivering innovative and integrated sales and recruitment initiatives?
We are seeking an individual with the energy, experience, skills and knowledge to drive engagement and help us achieve our ambitious student recruitment and access targets – ensuring our brand is front-of-mind with our different audiences.
As one of two Student Recruitment & Outreach Managers, you will proactively lead the development and delivery of the University’s student recruitment and access strategies.
Through strategic planning and a project management approach, you will work to build and maintain strong relationships with academic and professional service colleagues across the University and with external partners within the Tees Valley and across the UK – to help drive enquiries, open day attendance and applications.
A natural collaborator and leader, you will have excellent communication and organisational skills and the ability to lead and manage a specialist team, instilling a best-practice approach and high levels of service delivery and customer service excellence.
