The HR team is growing and need additional recruiters. We are a local, privately owned, and operated construction company that specializes in directional drilling, cell tower, and aerial placement. We have been in business since 1998 and growing. We currently run multiple directional drilling, installation/maintenance, cell towers and restoration crews across the state. Each team is equipped with state of the art, well maintained vehicles, and machinery. We offer competitive pay, full benefit package and fun, productive work environment.

As the Talent Coordinator, supporting our candidates during the hiring process is at the heart of what your job will entail. For the most part you’ll be:

• Contacting qualified workers for our positions by pursuing community contacts, advertising effectively, and promoting referrals.
• Working together with recruiters and Operations teams to manage open positions and understand the needs of our customers.
• Screening and scheduling interviews for candidates to meet with recruiters and/or managers.
• Contacting various candidates, in different requisitions through the HRIS on their pre/post-employment paperwork.
• Running Motor Vehicle Reports.
• And other duties as assigned.

. Requirements:

• 1-2 years of work experience as a talent coordinator or HR Assistant role
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Basic knowledge of labor laws
• Associates/Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred
• Must have a valid Driver’s License
• Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Windows environment
• Demonstrated agility to multi-task, handle frequent interruptions and shifting priorities
• Ability to handle very sensitive information in a discreet, confidential manner
• Flexibility with work schedule/location
