The Role

• Strive to provide the best customer experience every day
• Responsible for the administrative functions of onboarding employees; offer letters, background checks, drug screens, start date confirmation, new hire paperwork
• Strict attention to detail as it relates to tracking data through Microsoft Excel; executing new hire paperwork, entering hiring information
• Answer candidate, new hire, and TAK team questions through our onboarding email inbox in a timely manner
• Create profiles for all new hires in Penguin Data
• Submit technician badges
• Upkeep of digital file cabinet through SharePoint
• Ensure strict confidentiality when handling employee information
• Build and maintain positive work relationships
• Provide administrative support to special projects as needed
• Other duties as assigned

. Requirements:

• 1+ year(s) previous Administrative Support, Office Management or related experience required
• High School Diploma or GED Required
• Passing of all pre-employment requirements (MVR, Background Check, Drug Screen)
• Ability to work variety of schedules; nights and/or weekends as needed
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; primarily Excel, Word and Outlook
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize to meet deadlines
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to build and cultivate positive relationships with internal and external customers
• Ability to work independently and cross-functionally
• Champion a positive environment as a TAK team member
• Ability to work indoors, sitting at a desk, utilizing computer equipment
