As International training specialist for Medi Aesthetics you are responsible for driving exceptional educational support to our distributor train the trainer in the medi aesthetics channel within our International distributor market. You will need full understanding of this channel of distribution to interpret needs, adapt and create education to drive success within our distributor markets.

With company targets and strategy in mind, you understand what makes a successful medi-aesthetics business and therefore what and how we deliver education to facilitate commercial success for our international markets. You will work closely with sales to build strong action plans to guide and support our Dermalogica partners.

The responsibilities of the International Education Specialist – Medi-Aesthetics…. Could this be you?

• Guide and support our distributor markets in their approach, strategy, and success in growing and developing the medi-aesthetic account opportunities within their market.
• Develops content and education pathway relevant to meet the needs of the medi channel, whilst remaining consistent and aligned with core brand values and approach
• Present and train on the topics needed to strengthen internal team members and our distributor partners skills in Medi-aesthetics as well as training the trainer in our services and product.
• Works with International Regional Head of Education to support the Education and Sales team in upskilling and building confidence in the medi-aesthetics channel.
• Teaches, trains and delivers Dermalogica content while staying connected with all aspects of the education offered across channels.
• Proactively researches and stay abreast of trends, developments and requirements within the medi- aesthetic arena and wider skin care industry.

Do you have the below skills?

• Minimum of Level 4 Aesthetics regulated qualification [Awards or Diploma in Core of Knowledge, Advance Skin Science, Chemical Peels, Microneedling and Laser and Light Therapies]
• Minimum of 1 years’ practical experience working within medical aesthetics market
• Previous experience in training, curriculum, or programme development
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
• A self-motivated and reliable, independent worker with a drive to succeed in a busy environment with constantly changing priorities.

Role Information

• This role could be considered on a remote basis, but there would be a requirement to travel to Head Office in Leatherhead, twice a month minimum.
• You must be able to travel by car, on an aeroplane and via public transport. Support or training will be needed in our International markets, requiring the employee to travel with allocated travel time and staying away from home for periods of time.
