To be successful in this role, you will be able to understand the current needs of the business and use your creativity in delivering recruitment strategies to support these whilst also shaping the future of Therapy Focus. You will be comfortable advising and guiding business leaders in identifying their requirements and selecting recruitment practices that best serve their team and location. You will also enjoy getting involved in recruitment activities, advising on hiring decisions and managing expectations of everyone involved, including the candidates.
Follow your passion:

• Review and deliver the recruitment strategy using creative methods to engage both hiring managers and candidates
• Contribute to and implement workforce planning activities;
• Consolidate recruitment activities to ensure the best use of the budget;
• Engage with business leaders in a positive manner and assist with understanding their needs, preferences, and expectations;
• Working as the initial point of contact, communicate with candidates ensuring a positive experience regardless of outcome;
• Make recommendations on appropriate remuneration for roles and negotiating offers with candidates within the prescribed limits; and
• Maintain knowledge of contemporary practices across workforce planning, sourcing and selection.

About you:

• A minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience that showcases creativity and innovation;
• Previous experience in national and international sourcing and relocations would be desirable;
• Exceptional customer service skills and well developed written and verbal communication skills;
• Proven time management capability with the ability to multi-task and a high level of attention to detail;
• Strong technical skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office products, and data management systems;
• Outstanding interpersonal and organisational skills with a strong customer-focused approach; and
• The ability to build effective internal and external relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
