The Role
We are looking for a technical recruiter who can offer more than just the recruitment piece. A creative thinker who understands the full life cycle of the recruitment and on boarding function, a fast paced operator who is focused on quality over quantity and someone who can partner with the business and build relationships across a range of stakeholders.

Cutting to the chase…the day to day will look like this:

• Partner with hiring managers to develop and implement effective and unique sourcing strategies, whilst working across our Technology division within the telco world.
• Drafting creative job ads that target talent using different and unique methods to attract top notch talent.
• Manage the qualification and selection process by delivering qualified and diverse candidates, while delivering a superior experience for candidates and managers throughout the entire process.
• Contribute to the strategy for our recruitment brand on social media and other talent sourcing channels by writing content for our recruitment social media platforms.
