Job Summary
As a key member of the Culture, Venue and Event Services team, the Coordinator, Customer Service – Box Office responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations of ticketing and ticket office services across the City of Mississauga’s premier entertainment and cultural venues, including Mississauga Sports & Entertainment Centre, Living Arts Centre, and Meadowvale Theatre.
Reporting to the Supervisor, Ticket Operations, this position plays a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, coordinate ticketing operations, supporting event execution, overseeing financial reconciliations, and providing guidance to a large team of part-time staff. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess strong organizational, financial, customer service, and operational guidance skills.

Hours of Work: 35 hours per week
Work Location: Various venues including: Living Arts Centre (LAC), Mississauga Sports & Entertainment Centre (MSEC), Meadowvale Theatre, Small Arms Inspection Building and Celebration Square
