HOPE Cosmetics Hiring for Medical Receptionist at London, ON Full Time

• Answer phone calls and direct callers to the right person when needed
• Provide assistance to patients and visitors when they arrive at the clinic
• Store information like patient history and set clients up for consultations with iPads
• Ensure patients and visitors understand office policies
• Process payments with square.
• Schedule appointments based on Nurses and Medical Estheticians availability
• Call patients to remind them of upcoming appointments
• Pre prep aftercare for medical treatments
• Go over aftercare with clients and ensure they are booking within there time frames for touch ups
• Be able to talk skincare products to clients and help with purchases
• Able to use quickbooks and chart into quickbooks for payments
• Cleaning up reception room
• Laundry to help medical estiticans
• Potentially set up clients on EMS – you will be trained
• Able to train on new products and new equipment in facility
• Able to do little house work
• Outgoing personality
• Works along side owner Hope J, to ensure business is running smoothly and helps to set up rooms to pre prep for clients.

• looking for receptionist to do majority evening work potentially some day work as well. Tuesday- 4 to 8, Thursday 4-8 and every other Saturday and Sunday from 10 to 3. Subjected to changed based on clientele booking in and day time receptionist schedules.

Salary: From $20.50 per hour
