Entry Level Recruiter Responsibilities:
Source and interview candidates

Select candidates for client job openings

Leverage all aspects of sourcing and candidate development including job posting, job board mining, internet sourcing, and employee referrals

Coach and advise candidates and clients on the interview process

Use recruitment reporting and analytics to influence decisions

You will interact with all levels of management and be trained and developed to provide a consultative approach to sourcing/recruiting

Requirements to be an entry level recruiter at PSG

2 years of experience in a corporate environment where you played a role in your company’s hiring process

Strong relationship management skills with an ability to build trust and credibility with candidates

Ability to work as an individual contributor as well as part of a larger team

Under 30-minute commute to work from our Boston office (right near South Station)
