Job Description
We are seeking a full time Recruiting, Hiring, & On boarding Manager to join our team! You will be reaching out to applicants through phone and e-mail contact in order to fill various roles within our company both employees and subcontractors. This will be a very fast paced position involved in all aspects of the recruiting, hiring, and on boarding of successful team members.
Responsibilities:
Work with Managers of each department to create job descriptions and roles, timing of hire, applicant inventory. You will be the first point of contact for the applicants, hold interview, represent the company reaching out via e-mail and phone. Manage and track inventory of all applicants for various roles. Notate and document detailed conversations and provide feedback to project managers in order to set up interviews. This position will also encompass the successful on boarding process for new team members.

Qualifications:
· Previous staffing / recruiting experience preferred – 1 year.
· Enjoy working with people
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Computer skills to schedule and communicate
