Kingswood Group are looking to recruit into their own HR Outsourcing & Consultancy team this time with an opening for an experienced HR Assistant on a permanent, part time basis with hybrid/ remote working available.
If you are an HR Assistant with some generalist HR support experience looking to grow and develop into an HR Advisor working with a fantastic team then we’d love to hear from you.
We are looking for an HR Assistant on a part time basis, 3-5 days a week, to start as soon as possible. Ideally you will be CIPD Level 3 qualified or actively working towards it. We offer remote working but require the successful candidate to be able to meet up regularly with the team in or around Chelmsford.
We will consider different forms of working patterns but do require a min. of 3 days a week (Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays) for you to be able to work for a min. 6 hours on these days. We will also assess supporting your continued CIPD qualification development financially depending on where you are on your journey and other considerations.
