My client is a leading global chemical company based in Harlow and is looking for a dynamic Human Resources Administrator with payroll support to join their busy HR Team, this is a strong administrative role with lots of variety. This is initially a 6 month Temporary or Fixed Term Contract and could possibly go Permanent.
The HR Administrator will deliver high-quality end-to-end administrative support within the UK HR team. Supporting various HR initiatives as well as supporting the UK Payroll team.
Responsibilities to include:
- Being the first point of contact for employees on any HR-related queries
- HR administration such as new joiner/leaver documentation
- On-boarding Induction paperwork
- Sending out Offer Letters and Contracts of Employment
- Updating Workday HR database, starters, leavers, job changes, etc
- Assisting with monthly payroll administration
- Updating the HR internal Intranet
- Carry out administration in relation to other employee life cycle events, such as appraisals, maternity, etc
- Process travel expenses, inputting invoices into SAP
- HR admin and ad-hoc HR projects as/when required
Skills & Experience:
- Previous HR Administration experience essential
- A good working knowledge of HR practices and procedures
- Experience using Workday, SAP payroll essential
- Confident IT user being particularly familiar using MS Office packages such as Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritise in a busy environment
