Perimeter 81 is looking for a seasoned, full-life-cycle Technology Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join our rapidly expanding, venture-backed startup, based in our NYC office.
You will proactively identify and guide candidates and hiring teams through all stages of the hiring process.

Job Description

• Manage full-cycle recruiting process for candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
• Define, develop, and execute hiring process & strategies: job posting, cv screen, online sourcing techniques, networking, employee referral programs & implement new initiatives to increase pipeline etc.
• Partner with HR colleagues and business leaders.
• Build and cultivate strong relationships with relevant teams to understand their strategic objectives along with providing solutions to their hiring needs.
• Drive offer process – including extending offers, negotiations, closing candidates.
• Own and manage the administration of candidate and requisition status reports in ATS, hiring metrics, company recruitment policies, and new hire onboarding processes.

Requirement

• 2+ years of in-house Technology recruitment and/or combination of agency recruitment experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Science or related field
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage high volume recruitment activities for various levels and use of innovative methods to source and attract passive candidates
• Strong professional demeanour using good judgment, maturity, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Passion for recruiting and demonstrating curiosity to stay abreast of current trends and best practices
• Demonstrated knowledge and comfort with technology and social media applications, including Microsoft Office Suite, Google Docs, messengering systems and applicant tracking tools. Familiarity with Comeet is a plus
