Overview:


Mission Veterinary Partners (MVP) is adding a Talent Acquisition Systems Analyst to be an important member of our growing People Solutions Department.

Job Summary: We have an immediate opportunity for a proven and collaborative Talent Acquisition Systems Analyst to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team. This position will work in iCIMS, our Applicant Tracking System, owning data changes and integrity through to reporting that enables insights. Understanding the data and enabling storytelling is strategically important to our talent-driven organization and allows us to better understand the candidate and employee experience. This role will manage important system functions and reporting that are key to operational excellence. This is a role that will allow you to showcase your analytical thinking skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:


How you’ll make an impact:
  • Serve as the lead analyst of our iCIMS Applicant Tracking System (ATS), used by our MVP Talent Acquisition team
  • Configure iCIMS workflows, forms, data model, datasets, portals, lists, custom reports, dashboards, etc. in a way that best meets the needs of our organization by ensuring optimal operation, minimal downtime, and enhancements that keep pace with the speed of our growth and evolving technologies
  • Fully scope and implements solutions, including defining requirements, conducting analysis, collaborating with stakeholders or subject matter experts, presenting and recommending possible solutions, and executing based on business need or preference
  • Partner with TA and MVP stakeholders to organize and lead project status meetings and working sessions
  • Manage and track all configuration requests, system enhancements, compliance requirements, technical issues, and new functionalities
  • Analyze, test, and recommend features from periodic vendor releases
  • Partner with Learning and Development team to develop training materials and deliver end-user training
  • Manage system security, including role assignment and user-based permissions
  • Other activities as assigned

Qualifications:


Talents you’ll bring to MVP:
  • 3+ years of systems analyst experience in ATS systems with an emphasis on managing data and generating reports.
  • 2+ years of systems analyst experience in iCIMS required.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong critical thinking, and analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications
  • Ability to learn processes and systems, eventually becoming a go-to expert
  • Appreciation for the importance of data integrity and process protocols
  • Natural project manager with great aptitude for organization
  • Collaborative work style and a “no job is too big or too small” spirit
  • Knack for managing multiple priorities and delivering on tight deadlines
  • Ability to embrace change and the ability to build relationships based on trust and respect throughout the organization.
  • Unwavering integrity and professionalism when dealing with confidential information
  • Approachable demeanor and ability to remain calm under pressure
