The job responsibilities for the Senior Credit Analyst are as follows

• Responsible for in-depth analysis on business loan credit requests in 27+ countries with a focus in the Australia and New Zealand
• Perform know-your-customer and credit reviews, analyze financial statements and third-party data sources to make informed credit decisions.
• Assist to build out regional risk infrastructure and credit policies
• Work closely with Sales, Account Management team and Implementation team to assess new opportunities, seeking to improve internal process, credit policies and automation where appropriate
• Ensuring ongoing portfolio hygiene, including annual reviews, approval conditions and collateral revaluation cycles are adhered to
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

We are looking for the following in the ideal candidate

• 3+ years of work experience in credit risk management, preferably in fintech or small business lending
• Commercial credit lending experience is a plus
• Ability to work under pressure, and deliver against deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• College degree required with emphasis in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting
