Job Details
Position Title: Communication Software Projects Assistant
Status: Full-time Contract (9 months)
Faculty/Department: International
Campus/Location: North Campus
Salary: $18.26/hr – $28.10/hr
What you will do:
Reporting to the Manager, International Communications Software Projects, the Communications Software Projects Assistant will support the maintenance and oversight of our CRM system, Connect & complementary tools utilized by the entire team, including Gecko Forms & Chat, TextExpander & Office 365 tools for training purposes.
Maintain enquiry management process in CRM system
Support reporting processes for enquiry management in CRM system
Build and update communication plan workflows in CRM system
Test & develop new enquiry management process using a Chat System
Develop & update digital forms for students
Update & maintain training manuals
What you bring to the role:
Education
The successful candidate will have 2 year diploma in Business, IT or related field.
Experience and Skills
The incumbent must have a minimum of 2 years of related experience and should demonstrate the following:
Proficient understanding of CRM concepts, especially the ability to create filtered conditions to sequence automated communication or other actions within the system.
Practical experience in using CRM systems, digital form builders & cloud-based training tools.
Demonstrated use of initiative in workload planning and proactive approach in addressing system process concerns.
Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex process instructions concisely and effectively.
Strong computer skills including proficient keyboarding and web navigation skills, along with knowledge of email software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience using email campaign builders as well as cleaning & transferring HTML code.
Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks, frequent interruptions and fluctuating volumes.
Flexibility in working as a team member or independently.
