• Do you have experience in retaining team members through helping to facilitate reviews/appraisals, training and development plans?

• Do you have experience of developing, implementing and monitoring HR strategies, systems, procedures and initiatives aligned with an overall business strategy?

• Do you have experience in bridging employee and management relations?

• Do you have experience in reporting on HR metrics?

• Do you have experience in nurturing a positive working environment?

• Do you have experience of the day-to-day management of Health and Safety?

• Do you hold a NEBOSH General Certificate qualification?

Starting salary is £30,000 – £40,000 per annum. dependant on experience level.

This is a full time role.

Our office is based just outside of Okehampton. Due to our location, your own transport is required.
