Wine Import/Wholesale Company in Lorton, VA is looking for a full time Accounting Assistant. This is a multi-taking environment so candidates need to be detail oriented, accurate, punctual, and have minimum of 3 years of experience in a business environment. Primary duty will be accounts receivable, applying payments (Checks, Wires, EFTs), processing ACH payments, investigating payment discrepancies, complying with state regulations, and communicating with customers and staff regarding account status. Secondary duties will office administration including customer service and other functions as assigned. The candidate should have excellent computer and communication skills and be a problem solver. Being able to work within time guidelines is essential. Hours are M-F 8:30-5:30

Requirements:

2 years of college
3 years of working in business environment
MS Office
Netsuite experience helpful but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 per year
