About the role:
The Revenue Accountant reports directly to the Finance Manager and is responsible for the day to day recording of all financial transactions, the control over completeness and accuracy of the records, and help with closure of month end process. Working very closely with the Finance Manager, this role includes day to day data entry, report production, excel spreadsheet analysis.

Key responsibilities:

• Supervision of the ELMO group for revenue generation process, including the preparation of sales invoices, credit notes and deferred revenue calculations.
• Produce Liaise with sales teams to gather information regarding sale and work very closely with cash collection role to ensure all debts are recorded correctly.
• Deferred revenue analysis on weekly basis to ensure accuracy of data.
• Preparation of month end accruals and pre-payment journals for Revenue related items for all entities in the group
• Ensure compliance with Information Security and privacy policies and procedures

Skills and experience required:

• University or Diploma qualification in Accounting Current membership of the Institute of Chartered Accountant or Certified Practising Accountants preferable
• Minimum 3 – 4 years of experience in an Accounting / Audit role post formal studies excellent mathematical ability and skills Good computer skills
• Prior experience in deferred revenue area will be highly regarded.
• Excellent commercial sense Ability to communicate and present complex financial information in a clear way to the business Analytical and logical problem-solving skills
• Enthusiastic personal who is eager to learn and understand different aspects of business.

Salary range: $75,000-$82,000
