Quest employment are searching for an experienced Finance Assistant / HR Assistant (will consider either part-time or full time) to join our team at Geismar UK Ltd, responsible for the processing of supplier invoices, payments, staff expenses and managing debtor control. As part of the role you will also be responsible for elements of the HR administration.
As part of a small finance and HR team your main duties will be
1. Ensure the accurate and prompt processing of supplier invoices, payments and staff expenses.
2. Ensure customer debts are paid and any queries resolved promptly.
3. Processing of all expense claims accurately.
4. Responsible for ensuring Sickness and annual leave databases are updated
Essential Criteria:
You will be a motivated individual able to work well within in a team. Ideally you will have previous experience using Microsoft Excel and a good standard of written English with GCSE (or equivalent) Maths and English C or above.
Desirable Criteria:
Experience in accounting or finance in a similar role
Part AAT Qualified or considering studying for the qualification.
