The main purpose of this challenging but rewarding role is to provide a high-quality business partnering service to support recruitment activities across The Regenda Group, through attracting the best talent to the organisation and selecting candidates who are aligned with our values and identified as ‘the right fit’. Working People Services team colleagues, you will lead an in-house end to end recruitment advisory and support service to hiring managers and will embed best practice methodologies to ensure excellence in all matters relating to talent acquisition.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a track record of success in managing recruitment activities and campaigns within a diverse organisation. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to build solid relationships with People Services colleagues, managers and other stakeholders. A self-starter, with an eye for detail, you will be experienced using standard applicant tracking software and be able to use data effectively to identify solutions to problems and report on performance.
This position will be considered for flexible or part-time working patterns and benefits from additional flexibility through our hybrid office / home working model. An enhanced DBS check will be required for this role.
