What the role involves

• Actively manage all internal recruitment and on-boarding related processes

• Devise and implement attraction and sourcing strategies

• Input into overall hiring strategy of the organisation to ensure our teams consist of a diverse set of qualified individuals

• Review and update capability and competency framework for core operational roles at DFP

• Review, update and maintain a library of job descriptions and interview guides at DFP

• Take carriage of Recruitment SOP and ensure it is up to date and reflective of best practise.

• Remain informed of trends and developments in attraction, recruitment and selection methodologies and recommend improvements to processes where necessary

• Build talent pools and maintain cyclical contact with passive top talent.

What you will bring to the role;

• A HR/Psychology/Business or related degree (or working towards)
• Previous work experience in Talent / Recruitment role
• Proficient with recruitment systems, assessment methodology and sourcing strategies
• Effective communication skills
• Excellent planning and organisational skills
• Open to learning and adaptable
