ABOUT THE JOB

• End to End management of early talent attraction and selection for our Management Trainee, Intern and Work Integrated Learning programs in Australia
• Ensuring early talent are onboarded and continually engaged and learning throughout the program, aligning activities with Zone best practices and market competitors
• Managing projects such as Brandstorm (L’Oreal student case competition), the Management Trainee recruitment campaign, Induction week and Learning week for our Graduates
• Representing L’Oreal on campus at numerous networking events, presentations and panel discussions – including after work hour events during peak periods
• Providing expert advice to our graduate managers on how to performance manage and maintain engagement to ensure a high rate of retention
• Continually innovating how we attract graduates to our business with a strong focus on D&I

ABOUT YOU

• Experience in an Graduate/Early Talent role at a regional level is highly desirable
• Proven track record of being able to influence at all levels of the business
• Passion for early talent development and project management
• Strong communication and presentation skills
