• Act as a recruiting consultant to business partners on hiring strategies, sourcing strategies, and initiatives aimed at helping us to hire quality talent at scale.
• Sourcing, recruiting and hiring professionals across a range of roles to support the high growth of our Tech Scale-Up.
• Utilise behavioral, functional and value-based interviewing techniques to vet candidates and provide detailed feedback and recommendations to hiring managers.
• Continually look for opportunities to increase effectiveness and efficiencies bringing market research and ideas to the table.

• Hands-on experience in a recruitment environment, agency, or in-house. Experience in a fast-moving environment would be ideal.
• Strong experience in recruiting for a wide range of client-facing roles, including senior roles.
• Strong ability to understand behavioral competencies and successfully assess candidates against them.
• Ability to negotiate expectations with Hiring Managers and action blockers in the pipelines.

  Compensation: £40-44K yearly base salary.
• + Uncapped hiring commissions.
