Field Based Recruiter – Education Sector

We are re-shaping the teams that will deliver this recruitment activity and we are delighted to be able to offer this brand new role at Cambian which will be key to achieving this success.

You will report to the Senior Resourcing Business Partner for the region and will travel regularly and extensively across the region, working hand in hand with the Resourcing & Onboarding Administrators and our operational teams.

You will be responsible for delivering the recruitment plan for the region, taking full ownership of every aspect of recruitment and onboarding for all team based roles for the full range of services on the ground. You will build close and effective relationships with the Operational teams, delivering to a robust commercial plan, sourcing candidates locally with an in-depth knowledge of the location and our target audience, with the motivation to meet continuously demanding targets for both numbers and quality.

You will need a real eye for detail and quality – understanding that our absolute commitment to the Safeguarding of our children and young people is our top priority. You will be able to demonstrate your understanding of the regulatory environment we work in and the demands that our commitment to Safer Recruitment require.

We are a unique and complex business and you will need to balance a hands on, practical approach with a creative and innovative style – taking full advantage of all contemporary and traditional sourcing and marketing channels. The Care sector is challenging and you will need to be able to demonstrate an outstanding track record in every aspect of field based recruitment, evidence of delivering against stretching targets and the resilience and flexibility to dig deep and roll your sleeves up, when necessary.
