As a Talent Specialist, you’ll be supporting the growth of Carma through hiring exceptional talent in our Corporate teams! You will support end-to-end recruitment for our finance, marketing and HR team, as well as other corporate functions, ensuring we are hiring the best people in the best roles – contributing to making Carma a great place to work!

Responsibilities

    • End to end recruitment for all corporate functions, including job briefs, screening, facilitating interviews, interview debriefs etc.
    • Participate in job briefs with hiring managers, creating job description and advert copy
    • Support the delivery of assessment centres and interviews
    • Maintain and improve processes with our ATS system (Lever)
    • Advise hiring managers on market insights and trends

About You

    • Experience managing end-to-end recruitment across varied positions
    • Ability to multitask and manage conflicting priorities in a fast paced start-up environment
    • Experience working with Linkedin Recruiter, an ATS system and creative when it comes to sourcing candidates!
    • Highly organised, with a keen eye for details
    • Adaptable and happy to take a flexible approach to achieve results
