Coinstar Hiring for Recruiter (Temporary) Job at Bellevue, WA Full Time

Coinstar is the global leader in coin recycling and redemption. Beyond coin, Coinstar has been expanding and growing into other products that enable cash-preferred or underbanked consumers to digitize their currency and transact online.

We are looking for a full-cycle recruiter to join our team! This is a temporary position with a possibility to convert based on business needs. This role will be payrolled through a third-party staffing agency and is open to fully remote within Pacific or Mountain time zones.

As a recruiter at Coinstar, you will partner with hiring leaders to support hiring efforts across a variety of functions within Field Operations, Accounting/Finance, and Technology organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creatively source passive and active candidates from a variety of channels to promote jobs to diverse and highly qualified candidates.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, and offer.
• Collaborate with hiring managers & HR team to align on shared hiring objectives, and provide regular updates.
• Schedule interviews & facilitate interview debrief meetings.
• Cultivate a positive candidate experience throughout the selection and hiring process.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years full-cycle recruitment experience
• Experience sourcing passive candidates & managing multiple priorities.
• Strong organizational, coordination, & communications skills.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); Ultipro/UKG preferred.

Pay: $50.00 – $65.00 per hour
